About Spirit Collective
We’re Spirit Collective — a fresh take on school spirit. Born out of a love for friendship and community, we’re on a mission to bring elevated, feel-good apparel to the women who show up for their schools — and deserve to look and feel fantastic while doing it.
We create one of a kind spiritwear items that women actually want to wear — flattering fits, quality fabrics, and styles with staying power. And, because everything is made-to-order, we keep waste low and style high. Even better? A portion of every sale goes right back to support the schools.
As we grow, so does our Collective. We’re partnering with women across the country to bring Spirit to their hometowns — and building a nationwide network of women supporting women while doing some real good along the way.
Meet the Founders
We’re Elizabeth and Molly — college best friends turned business partners who believe in the power of a big idea....and feeling really good in your clothes.
We met at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and connected instantly — shared values, big goals, and a mutual love of making things happen. Fast forward a couple of decades and a few career chapters: Elizabeth built and sold multiple businesses and brings deep experience in business, brand, and connecting with customers. Molly built her career in New York’s fashion world leading product development and production teams with brands like Cole Haan, Henri Bendel, Victoria Secret, Pink and Athleta.
We teamed up to reimagine school apparel — not just because we wanted better sweatshirts (although… we did), but because we believe in creating community, supporting women, and showing up feeling great.
And here we are. Spirit Collective. Built on friendship, fueled by purpose, and made for the women who wear all the hats.
